Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In this study, the first-time women with gestational hypertension who underwent labor analgesia were selected, aged 23~40 years old, with a BMI of <=35kg/m2 and ASA grade II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to local anesthetics or opioids; 2. Those who take analgesics 4 hours before delivery; 3. Patients with other acute and chronic infections; 4. Those with autoimmune system diseases, blood system diseases, and mental system diseases; 5. Platelet count less than 100?109/L or neuraxial anesthesia contraindications.
