Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 to 35 years; 2.ASA classification of 1 to 3; 3.patient informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe alcohol abuse or history of substance abuse; 2.moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea requiring non-invasive ventilatory support during the perioperative period; 3.presence of severe cardiovascular disease; 4.history of liver or kidney dysfunction; 5.presence of neuromuscular diseases;
