Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Preterm infants with a birth weight of less than 1500g were admitted to the study center between January 2025 and December 2026.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preterm infants with a birth weight greater than or equal to 1500 grams in the study center were excluded, preterm infants with a birth weight of less than 1500 grams died or gave up treatment within 24 hours after birth, infants with severe malforming features and major congenital abnormalities, such as gastrointestinal diseases, cyanosis congenital heart disease, and children with severe asphyxia or circulatory instability after birth were excluded.
