Gold Standard:Diagnostic criteria: Positive for anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) and/or anti-thyroglobulin antibody (TgAb) in five thyroid function tests.
Index test:Ultrasound elastography of thyroid gland

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The inclusion criteria of the observation group were as follows:1. The age range of patients was set as school age and adolescence, i.e. 6-18 years old;2. According to the diagnostic criteria of "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Thyroid Diseases in China", patients with diffuse enlargement, TPOAb and (or) TgAb positive were included in the HT group (experimental group);3. Patients voluntarily participate in the study, know and agree to the study content. 2.The inclusion criteria of the control group: 1. The age range of the patients was set as school age and adolescence, that is, 6-18 years old; 2. 2. Patients with normal thyroid function and negative TPOAb and TgAb; 3. Patients voluntarily participate in the study, know and agree to the study content.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Observation group exclusion criteria:1. The patient was complicated with severe organic lesions;2. suffering from severe mental illness;3. Patients with multiple thyroid nodules;4. Unable to cooperate with the completion of the inspection;5. Patients with incomplete clinical data. 2.Exclusion criteria of control group: 1. Patients with severe organic lesions; 2. suffering from severe mental illness; 3. Patients with multiple thyroid nodules; 4. Unable to cooperate with the completion of the inspection; 5. Incomplete clinical data.
