Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease. 2.Age >= 18 years. 3.Patient voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Concurrent infectious diseases, such as intestinal tuberculosis or infectious colitis. 2.Scheduled inflammatory bowel disease-related surgical treatment within 4 weeks. 3.Vulnerable populations, including individuals with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, pregnant women, and illiterate individuals.
