Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Signed informed consent; (2) Age greater than 18 years; (3) Patients with suspected autoimmune nervous system diseases in the Department of Neurology of a multi-center participating unit from September 2024 to March 2027; (4) Presence of one or more of the following symptoms: mental abnormalities, memory impairment, speech impairment, epilepsy, movement disorders, loss of consciousness, autonomic dysfunction, and central hypoventilation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with terminal disease who are judged by the investigator to be unsuitable to participate in this study; (2) Incomplete medical records; (3) The quality and quantity of the patient's remaining specimens are not enough to complete the test; (4) The antibody test result cannot be interpreted; (5) Patients who are judged by the investigator to be unsuitable to participate in this study.
