Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASAI-III, male or female, age 18~64 years old, OSAHS patients who undergo elective UPPP surgery in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to the study drug; 2. People with schizophrenia and severe depressive state. 3. Myasthenia gravis; 4. Patients with respiratory diseases (asthma, airway hyperresponsiveness, acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease); 5. Patients with cardiovascular diseases (acute myocardial infarction, heart failure, severe arrhythmia and atrioventricular block, etc.); 6. Patients with other serious systemic diseases; 7. Those with severe obesity and BMI >=35.
