Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Based on medical history, physical examination, and auxiliary examinations, it was diagnosed as a fresh single segment thoracolumbar fracture; 2. Patients with vertebral fractures classified as AO type A and without spinal nerve dysfunction; 3. TLICS (thoracolumbar spine injury classification and severity score) score >= 4 points;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pathological fractures such as tumor, tuberculosis, or severe osteoporosis; 2. Combine patients with fractures in other parts; 3. Patients with neurological dysfunction requiring decompression; 4. Patients with severe organic diseases and coagulation dysfunction; 5. Patients with significant deformities in spinal development; 6. Patients with old fractures;
