Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Part 1: (1) Meets the HLAP diagnostic criteria; (2) Has normal cognitive level, can understand the survey content of the questionnaire, and can independently or with the assistance of primary caregivers complete the evaluation scale content; (3) Willing to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form; 2.Part 3: (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for HLAP, exclude pancreatitis caused by biliary, alcoholic, drug-induced, pregnancy, trauma, autoimmune, tumor, and other factors. Patients with triglycerides greater than 11.3 mmol/L, or triglycerides between 5.65-11.3 mmol/L and serum chyle like; (2) At least 18 years old; (3) Patients with complete cognitive and behavioral abilities, who are able to cooperate with their primary caregivers; (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Part 1: (1) HLAP patients who have previously participated in this questionnaire survey; (2) Patients with severe heart, kidney and other organ diseases; 2.Part 3: (1) Combination of heart, lung, kidney or mental illnesses; (2) Diseases that seriously affect the quality of life; (3) Unable to conduct follow-up visits or follow ups as required; (4) Individuals with cognitive impairment; (5) Individuals with hearing or speech impairments;
