12 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: 12-18 years old (inclusive), gender is not limited; (2) meet the diagnostic criteria for anxiety disorders in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5); (3) Screening Scale for Anxiety Disorder in Children (SCARED) >=23; (4) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) >6; (5) Have not taken benzodiazepines or azaperone drugs within one week before treatment; (6) Be able to cooperate with the completion of the whole research process; (7) Subjects and their guardians are willing to sign informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe depression (with obvious suicidal tendencies); (2) Neuropsychiatric disorders such as mental retardation, schizophrenia, and history of epilepsy; (3) Suspected mental retardation; (4) a history of alcohol or substance abuse in the past; (5) Patients who are considered by other investigators to be unsuitable for enrollment.
