Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Current college students with a score higher than 4 on the PHQ-9

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cognitive impairment or inability to use a smartphone normally; presence of self-harm or suicidal thoughts or behaviors; current participation in other psychological experiments; currently receiving professional psychological counseling or therapy (especially participants with a history of substance or alcohol abuse)
