Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age, gender is not limited; 2) Surgical treatment patients diagnosed with glioma in neurosurgery and pathology department of our hospital; 3) Pathological diagnosis of glioblastoma (WHO grade I-IV); 4) Have complete molecular pathological test results or the biobank of our hospital retains enough samples for molecular pathological test; 5) Complete follow-up data has been obtained or the subjects voluntarily cooperate with follow-up follow-up (they cannot participate in multiple clinical studies).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The histological diagnosis was not clear; 2.Patients with pre-existing physical or mental illnesses that may affect the results of this study;
