Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age>=60 years old; (2) Patients diagnosed with femoral neck fracture; (3) Those who are conscious, have no cognitive impairment, and can communicate normally; (4) The patient or his/her family members will use smartphones; (5) Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe organ lesions; (2) Those with more than one limb fracture; (3) Patients with infection in the surgical area or malignant tumors.
