Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years, regardless of gender; 2. Patients with a positive 13C or 14C urea breath test for H. pylori or endoscopic findings indicative of significant H. pylori infection; 3. Individuals indicated for gastroscopy and gastric mucosal biopsy; 4. Patients who agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Within the past 4 weeks have taken antibiotics bismuth agents H2 receptor antagonists or proton pump inhibitors; 2. Previous history of gastric surgery; 3. Patients assessed comprehensively as having poor compliance or being unable to accurately provide information required for the study.
