Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers: no previous history of foot trauma or foot and ankle surgery; Subjects whose baseline data, such as sex and age, matched the case group. High risk diabetic foot patients: age 18-75 years old; Meet the World Health Organization diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes, i.e., fasting blood glucose >=7 mmol/L, oral glucose tolerance >=11.1 mmol/L for 2 hours, or random blood glucose >=11.1 mmol/L; Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetic high-risk foot, that is, those who meet the Wagner scale of diabetic foot disease as level 0 in the World Health Organization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have active diabetic foot ulcers or have foot deformities; Neuropathy or injury due to other causes; Has been diagnosed with peripheral vascular disease or lower extremity arterial disease; Foot trauma or infection due to other causes; Patients with hypertension or other chronic underlying diseases; Those who cannot take care of themselves or cooperate with the examination; Pregnancy and lactation; Patients with acute complications such as diabetic ketoacidosis; Complicated with heart, liver, kidney and other multiple organ dysfunction.
