Inclusion criteria: 1.There are no restrictions on age and genderCases of puncture and biopsy of lymph nodes; 2.Cases of puncture and biopsy of lymph nodes; 3.All cases were lymph node; 4.tissuesIt can be different lymph nodes in the same patient;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The re-examination under the microscope confirmed that it was not lymph node tissue; 2.The length of the punctured tissue was <1cm;
