Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Intrahepatic bile duct stones were confirmed by CT, MRCP and cholangiography before operation; 2.Age ranges from 18 to 90; 3.The general condition is good, no organic damage and dysfunction of important organs, can tolerate general anesthesia and open surgery; 4.Preoperative liver function Child-Pugh grade A or Child-Pugh grade B; 5.Normal coagulation function; 6.History of at least one previous biliary tract operation; 7.Informed consent of patients and their families.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with organic damage and dysfunction of important organs, unable to tolerate general anesthesia and open surgery; 2.Preoperative liver function Child-Pugh grade C; 3.Abnormal coagulation function; 4.Patients with liver atrophy or intrahepatic bile duct cancer; 5.Patients with acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis requiring emergency surgery; 6.Patients with less than 1 previous biliary tract operation.
