Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Middle pelvic prolapse with a POP-Q score of >=3; 2.Combined with SUI; 3.Agree to undergo surgical treatment; 4.Sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with anterior pelvic prolapse >= 3 2.Combined with other types of urinary incontinence; 3.Repeated urinary tract infections; 4.Bladder dysfunction; 5.History of hysterectomy, POP surgery, SUI surgery, urinary tract surgery, or other pelvic surgery; 6.Urethrovaginal fistula or vaginal rectal fistula; 7.Malignant tumor; 8.There are contraindications related to surgery; 9.Pregnant or lactating women; 10.There are fertility requirements;
