Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classifies it as grades I-III; 2. The patient voluntarily participates and signs an informed consent form with the patient or their close relatives; 3. Age over 18 years old; 4. Body mass index (BMI) 18~30kg/m^2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive impairment before surgery; 2. Individuals with severe heart, respiratory, liver, and kidney dysfunction; 3. Individuals with a history of cerebrovascular disease; 4. Patients with increased intracranial pressure or intraocular pressure; 5. Alcoholics or drug users; Patients with epilepsy or mental illness; 6. Illiterates and individuals with communication barriers; 7. Patients with contraindications to the use of esketamine; 8. Patients with serious adverse events (such as intraoperative bleeding and severe hemodynamic fluctuations); 9. The duration of pneumoperitoneum is greater than 5 hours.
