Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 to 60 years, with no restrictions on gender. 2.Persistent HBsAg and/or HBV DNA positivity for more than six months; 3.Diagnosis of hepatic steatosis through imaging or biopsy, accompanied by at least one of the following conditions: 1. Overweight/obesity; 2. Abnormal glucose tolerance/type 2 diabetes; 3. Evidence of metabolic dysregulation (>=2 cardiovascular metabolic risk factors).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other hepatitis viruses, autoimmune liver diseases, and inherited metabolic liver diseases. 2.Infection with human immunodeficiency virus and Wilson's disease. 3.Drug-induced liver injury, hyperthyroidism with liver damage, cardiogenic liver injury, and liver injury due to other factors.
