Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis meets the 2011 standard of the American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA), ASIA grade B ~ C; 2. All cases were confirmed by CT or MRI as spinal cord injuries in the neck, chest or waist; 3. The acute phase has passed and the vital signs are stable; 4. Age 18-70 years old; 5. All patients and their families participated in this study voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious complications, such as expiratory failure, heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, kidney failure, severe lung infection, and cancer, which have a serious impact on the quality of life of patients; 2. Hypertonia of lower limb muscle and difficulty in full range passive movement of knee joint; 3. Limited mobility of lower limb joints due to residual trauma; 4. There is cognitive dysfunction; 5. Spinal shock stage.
