Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed by preoperative ultrasound, intravenous urography and CT examination; 2. Have flank symptoms associated with ipsilateral cyst disease, non-colic, unrelated to body position; 3. Bosniak is graded as Class I.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The medical history does not match, and the physical examination and ultrasound or CT examination do not match the diagnosis; 2. IVP or CT enhancement examination shows that the calyceal diverticulum is connected with the collecting system.
