20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Research group: Women; Between the ages of 20 and 40; HBsAg positive for >= 6 months; Any time point from 1 week of pregnancy to delivery is acceptable. (2) Negative control group: female; Between the ages of 20 and 40; HBsAg negative; Not pregnant. (3) Positive control group: female; Between the ages of 20 and 40; HBsAg negative; Any time point from 1 week of pregnancy to delivery is acceptable. All patients should have good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Concomitant viral hepatitis A, C, E or other hepatotropic virus infection or AIDS; 2.Concomitant cirrhosis, liver cancer, or other chronic liver disease; 3.Patients with viral myocarditis, chronic kidney disease, ALI and other important organ diseases; 4.Accompanied by autoimmune hepatitis, autoimmune diseases, hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disease; 5.Multiple pregnancies; 6.Those who have complications in previous pregnancies; 7.Those who have had fetal or neonatal growth and development defects in previous pregnancies; 8.Previous or ongoing use of nephrotoxic drugs, glucocorticoids, cytotoxic drugs, or immunomodulators; 9.Failure to return to the hospital for regular follow-up visits as planned by the study;
