Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Asthma group: history of recurrent wheezing in the past (>=4 times/year); meet diagnostic criteria for asthma; Age 1-14 years; The informed consent process was in accordance with the regulations, and the guardian and the subject child (>8 years old) jointly signed the informed consent form. 2. Control group: children aged 1-14 years old; The guardian and the child (>8 years old) signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Asthma group: otitis media, pneumonia, nervous system damage, heart injury, septic shock, etc.; Presence of pulmonary foreign body and/or abnormal lung development; Systemic steroid therapy or other immunosuppressant therapy; History of epilepsy or febrile seizures; Patients with severe malnutrition, rickets and serious primary diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems; In the judgment of the investigator, there are other lesions or conditions that reduce the possibility of enrollment or complicate enrollment, such as unstable living environment, inconvenient transportation, etc., which are easy to cause loss to follow-up. 2. Control group: None.
