Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female inclusion criteria: (1) gestational age before 13 weeks + 6; (2) 2 or more consecutive pregnancy losses with the same spouse in the past; (3) Regular prenatal check-ups in the hospital; (4) No cognitive impairment such as mental illness; (5) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. 2.Male inclusion criteria: (1) conjugal relationship with female study subjects; (2) Basic reading and comprehension skills; (3) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Female exclusion criteria: (1) Those with severe mental disorders, hearing impairments, and expression impairments; (2) Have serious complications or comorbidities or other serious chronic diseases; (3) Those who are illiterate and unable to understand the content of the questionnaire; (4) Serious physical and mental problems during the research process that make it impossible to conduct this study. 2.Male exclusion criteria: (1) lack of normal communication skills with medical staff; (2) Mental illness or cognitive dysfunction; (3) Serious physical and mental problems occurred during the study and this study could not be carried out.
