Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) aged between 35 and 75; 2) FEV1/FVC12 months)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) diagnosed with asthma; 2) limited expectancy (<12 months); 3) severe cognitive and audiovisual impairment; 4) severe limitation in activities but not caused by pulmonary dysfunction; 5) living in a long-term care facility; 6) Participate in other clinical trials that may affect this project.
