Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria for allergic rhinitis refer to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis (Revised Edition 2022) and include: (1) Symptoms: two or more of the following symptoms occur: paroxysmal sneezing, watery nose, itchy nose, and nasal congestion. These symptoms persist or accumulate for more than 1 hour per day, and may be accompanied by eye symptoms such as tearing, eye itching and eye redness; (2) Signs: Common signs include nasal mucosa pallor, edema, and nasal watery secretions; (3) Allergen testing: Positive for SPT and/or serum-specific IgE for at least one allergen, or positive for nasal irritation test. Inclusion criteria for patients with non-allergic rhinitis were defined by the European Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology in 2017 as the presence of at least two nasal symptoms (such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing and/or nasal itchiness) in the nasal mucosa, with no clinical evidence of internal nasal infection and systemic symptoms of sensitization to inhaled allergens.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) 65 years old; (2) Patients with recent history of nasal corticosteroids, decongestants or oral antihistamines and receiving specific immunotherapy (3) Patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, lower airway diseases such as asthma and COPD, and systemic diseases such as malignant tumors, liver and kidney insufficiency, and blood system diseases.
