Inclusion criteria: 1.Cases with pathological diagnoses of non-small cell lung cancer; 2.Cases with P53 immunohistochemistry results; 3.Cases with gene sequencing results;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Metastatic tumors; 2.Cases with suboptimal pathological slide quality;
