60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The disease course of T2DM was > 1 year and the patients were over 60 years old. All patients met the WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes in 1999; 2. Continuous blood glucose monitoring by CGM system with complete case data; 3. All the patients underwent functional magnetic resonance imaging (FMRI).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious complications of diabetes; 2. History of stroke, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, major depression, and other neurological or psychiatric disorders; 3. History of head trauma or brain space occupying disease; 4. Patients with contraindications for MRI examination; 5. Brain MRI routine sequence scan for patients with organic brain lesions
