Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age at birth >=35 weeks; 2. Birth weight>=1800g; 3. Evidence of hypoxia-ischemia in the fetus or newborn after successful resuscitation, meeting any one of the following 4 items: a, evidence of fetal intrauterine distress such as uterine and/or placental rupture, placental abruption, umbilical cord prolapse or severe abnormal fetal heart rate mutation or late deceleration; b, 5 min Apgar score =-12 mmol/L; c, positive pressure ventilation is required for > 10 minutes after birth, d, and neurological function assessment suggests evidence of encephalopathy; 4. Children treated with hypothermia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Meets any of the following: 1. Children with congenital malformations at birth, including congenital heart disease, gastrointestinal malformations, genitourinary malformations, chromosomal abnormalities, and other defects in the birth defect code list; 2. Exclude convulsions due to metabolic diseases, including hyponatremia, hypocalcemia, hypomagnesemia, and hypoglycemia; 3. Automatically discharged or transferred to a hospital, and the transferred hospital is not in the participating center; 4. Rejection of participants.
