Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnostic criteria for nasopharyngeal carcinoma who are newly diagnosed with biopsy and meet the definition of stage III and IV in the AJCC 8th edition nasopharyngeal carcinoma staging system; and has not undergone any chemoradiotherapy and surgery for nasopharyngeal carcinoma; Induction chemotherapy was received, and MRI was performed after the induction chemotherapy was completed to evaluate the tumor response.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have a history of other cancers; Those who have contraindications such as claustrophobia or a history of metal implantation and cannot complete the MRI examination; poor MRI image quality (e.g., motion artifacts); The MRI image of the tumor is unclear and cannot be measured; Tumors that are too small can affect the diagnosis.
