Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Select 110 IVF patients who failed in the first cycle of IVF (excluding male factors and without undergoing cystectomy); Body mass index (BMI)1.0ng/mL, AFC>5; Age<40 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Received hormone therapy in the past 3 months; Suffering from infectious diseases or other serious systemic diseases (such as immune disease, coagulation dysfunction, serious cardiovascular disease, etc.; history of ovarian tumor, radiotherapy and chemotherapy); Smoking history; Repeated planting failures; Habitual miscarriage; Abnormal uterine diseases (intrauterine adhesions; uterine polyps; submucosal uterine fibroids); Uterine adenomyosis.
