Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients over 60 years of age who have received general anesthesia; 2.Invasive arterial blood pressure was monitored during the operation; 3.Serum creatinine was measured before and 7 days after surgery; 4.Operation duration is greater than 60 minutes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with chronic renal insufficiency before operation; 2.Patients undergoing urological surgery; 3.The appearance persisted during perioperative period hypotension requires continuous use of hypertensive drugs; 4.Perioperative intravenous use of aminoglycosides and other renal damage drugs; 5.Multiple organ dysfunction; 6.Other researchers did not consider it appropriate to include statisticians in the study.
