18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (a) Age>=18 years; (b) First PICC catheterization; (c) Good language and communication skills; (d) informed consent and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (a) Those who have undergone bilateral breast cancer resection or cannot undergo upper limb venous catheterization due to superior vena cava obstruction; (b) Have a history of puncture site infection or vascular surgery; (c) Critically ill patients who need resuscitation within 24 hours after major surgery, such as cardiac arrest or shock; (d) Loss of consciousness or inability to communicate normally due to endotracheal intubation or intracranial hemorrhage.
