Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Imaging reports of all emergency patients in emergency shifts drawn at random request; 2.The report is signed and confirmed by the junior physician and the reviewing physician before submission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Additional outpatient and inpatient imaging reports written by physicians during emergency shifts.
