18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: 18-80 years (2)Diagnosed with sepsis/septic shock upon admission to the ICU (3) ICU stay time >=24 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The presence of a central nervous system disorder (such as encephalitis, meningitis, status epilepticus, brain trauma, or stroke), mental abnormality, or psychological disorder prior to admission to the ICU (2) Long-term use of drugs, alcoholism, drug abuse and other adverse effects on the function of the mental system (3) Severe deafness, visual impairment, inability to communicate normally and any other factors that cannot cooperate with the completion of the examination and refuse to sign the informed consent (4) Patients with hepatic encephalopathy, pulmonary encephalopathy, diabetes and multiple complications (5) Participants in other clinical trials
