Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosis: Subjects clinically diagnosed with knee flexion less than 90 degrees, meeting the definition of severe knee contracture; 2) Subjects with no significant changes in knee range of motion within the last 3 months; 3) Imaging shows non-ossified stiffness in the subjects; 4) Good and elastic skin and soft tissue around the knee joint; 5) Inpatients, both male and female, aged 18-65, who voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Subjects with knee joint stiffness undergoing adhesion release due to other specific reasons such as infection or history of infection, patellofemoral bony fusion, patellar deformity, ligament reconstruction, as per international consensus; 2) Presence of other systemic diseases such as malignancies, hematologic disorders, rheumatic and endocrine metabolic diseases; 3) Minors under 18 years of age, pregnant and lactating women; 4) History of drug and alcohol abuse, cognitive impairment, or psychiatric disorders; 5) Any other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researchers.
