Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for case group: hospitalized patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for PHN; Age range of 18 to 80 years old; Herpes zoster course>1 month; Pain Scale (VAS) scores were all greater than or equal to 4 points, and patients voluntarily participated in this study; Patients or their families signed informed consent forms. 2.Inclusion criteria for the health group: age range of 18 to 80 years old; Have never suffered from herpes zoster; Voluntary participation in this study; Patients or their families signed informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria for the case group: unwillingness to participate in the experiment, combined with serious systemic diseases such as severe heart disease, severe liver and kidney disease, blood disease, etc; Merge mental and psychological disorders; Combining a history of epilepsy or a family history of epilepsy; Has systemic or local infections, abnormal coagulation function, etc; Cognitive impairment, etc; There are other situations where treatment cannot be coordinated. 2.Exclusion criteria for health group: unwilling to participate in the experiment, combined with diabetes, hypertension, and serious systemic diseases, such as serious heart disease, serious liver, kidney disease, and blood disease; Merge mental and psychological disorders; There are other situations where treatment cannot be coordinated.
