18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with life-threatening trauma requiring emergency surgery; 2.The method of anesthesia was intravenous general anesthesia, and induction drugs included propofol or etomidate; 3.Aged from 18 to 60, regardless of gender; 4.Informed consent has been obtained from the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.With a history of traumatic brain injury and brain disease; 2.Cognitive impairment, defined as a simple mental state examination (MMSE) score < 24; 3.Neurological or psychiatric history; 4.Long-term use of sedative, psychotropic, anticholinergic drugs; 5.A history of alcohol or drug dependenc; 6.Severe visual, hearing, or speech impairment; 7.Liver and kidney dysfunction.
