Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who are in line with the Western medicine diagnosis of NB after SCI, with onset of disease for 2~12 weeks, and urinary retention as the main manifestation of indwelling urethral catheter; 2. Those who are conscious, able to cooperate with treatment and examination, and whose skin is not damaged and can tolerate moxibustion; 3. Those with contraindications to intermittent catheterization such as bladder and urethral stones, severe urinary tract infection, and organic obstruction of urethral outlet; 4. Pressur of detrusor maximum (Pdet.max) during filling period< 15cm H2O; 5. Those who sign the "informed consent form" and are willing to participate in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe autonomic hyperreflexia during urination; 2. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and mental illness.
