18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)At least 18 years of age to be eligible for the trial 2)Diagnosis of atopic dermatitis according to Hanifin and Rajka's criteria 3)Have had eczema for at least 3 months prior to screening 4)Ability to use a messaging application (WeChat) 5)Provide written informed consent prior to participation in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other acute or chronic illness or mental illness requiring treatment.
