Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Stay in ICU=48h; ? Invasive mechanical ventilation =24h; ? Glasgow coma score (GCS) > 9 points or Richmond agitation-sedation scale (RASS) =-2 points; No delirium was present upon admission to ICU; ? Age =18 years old; ? Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? suffering from mental retardation, dementia and other cognitive disorders or mental diseases, can not cooperate; ? Patients with severe visual and hearing impairment.
