18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Signed informed consent; 2) Male or female, aged 18-75 years old; 3) Patients with esophageal lesions for more than 2/3 weeks and undergoing ESD; 4) Early esophageal cancer confirmed by preoperative pathology; 5) Patients who plan to visit our hospital for a long time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Less than 18 years old or more than 75 years old 2) Patients with cardiopulmonary insufficiency who cannot tolerate general anesthesia; 3) Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 4) Patients with osteoporosis; 5) Immunocompromised patients. 6) Patients with contraindications to glucocorticoid use: active peptic ulcer, fracture, trauma repair, severe hypertension, diabetes, uncontrolled severe infection, and adrenocortical hyperfunction; 7) Unable to sign informed consent form.
