Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.According to the 2018 new international classification of periodontitis, patients with clinical diagnosis of stage II and III periodontal disease were included;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from systemic diseases; 2.Recent use of antibiotics; 3.Used any type of medical mouthwash recently; 4.Received periodontal treatment within 6 months; 5.Smoking history;
