Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease (CHD) and undergo OPCABG at selected time; 2.Over 60 years old; 3.Informed consent and ethical approval; 4.There was no cognitive impairment by MMSE before operation; 5.Postoperative cognitive dysfunction occurred.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complicated with aortic plaque, carotid artery stenosis, history of stroke, history of cerebral ischemic attack, visual impairment, hearing impairment, severe alcoholism, drug dependence, mental system or other cognitive dysfunction.
