Inclusion criteria: ?Free from mental illnesses, paranoid personality disorders, drug addicts, alcoholics, etc.; ?Over 18 years old; ?Not participating in other similar studies; ?Not currently receiving psychotherapy or psychotropic drug treatment; ?Voluntarily participate in this experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Having mental illnesses, paranoid personality disorders, being drug addicts, alcoholics, etc.; ?Being unable to use the Internet or chat tools like WeChat and QQ; ?Being unwilling to participate in this experiment; ?Submitting homework less than 10 times; ?Withdrawing from the research halfway; ?Being lost to follow-up due to various reasons.
