Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with bile duct stones treated with ERCP between January 2018 and December 2023. Indications include confirmed bile duct stones, obstructive jaundice, biliary pancreatitis, and biliary stenting for strictures and leakage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have not undergone endoscopy; 2.Patients undergoing endoscopic therapy but not ERBD; 3.Patients with bile duct cancer; 4.Patients with malignant biliary stricture or obstruction; 5.Patients with peribile duct tumors involving the liver, pancreas or duodenum; 6.History of hepatobiliary surgery; 7.Patients with suspected malignant biliary tract tumors found during surgery; 8.Incomplete medical history; 9.Failed ERCP or ERBD; 10.Loss to follow-up;
