Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.People who can participate in the rope skipping physical training intervention and have no contraindications to exercise testing; 2.The subjects were in good physical health and had no physical diseases, and there were no injuries to the attached muscles of the lower limbs. There were no injuries to the triceps crus, flexor hallucis longus, flexor digitorum longus, posterior tibial muscle, peroneus longus and peroneus brevis muscles attached to the plantar flexion, dorsal extension, varus and valgus of the ankle joint. 3.Agree to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.After the doctor's prescription diagnosis and treatment, determine the high-risk groups who can not participate in sports and physical training. 2.Those who violate the research protocol in the course of the experiment are unable or unwilling to complete the experiment. 3.Those who develop other diseases during the course of the experiment, and those who are likely to develop risks and need to take emergency measures. 4. Active withdrawal, did not complete the relevant test
