Inclusion criteria: Gender is not limited, age 18 to 45 years old, BMI >= 30/m^2, ASA grade I to III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Have a history of diseases or lung surgery that seriously affect thoracic or lung compliance, such as chicken breast, funnel chest, chest trauma, etc; (2) Have serious heart and lung diseases, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and blood system diseases, etc; (3) Severe hemodynamic fluctuations occur, making it difficult to correct with fluid replacement and vasoactive drugs; (4) Inability to maintain oxygen during surgery (SpO2 < 94% or PaO2 < 70 mmHg), or severe complications associated with mechanical ventilation (e.g. pneumothorax).
