Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.It meets the diagnostic criteria of stroke in Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Ischemic Stroke 2018 and Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage 2019. 2.Patients aged 18-80 years; 3.Stable stroke patients; 4.Clear consciousness, able to cooperate with the completion of this experimental study; 5.Patients were informed about the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with recurrence, continuous progression and aggravation of disease; 2.Patients with severe complications of heart, liver, kidney and other systems; 3.Patients with severe aphasia, sleep apnea, deafness, cognitive impairment so severe that normal flow is not possible, or are participating in other clinical trials; 4.Patients with malignant tumors and pregnant women; 5.Patients with co-infection and mental illness who do not cooperate with the examination; 6.MRI scanning contraindications;
